I would have to agree with !withSound , this is a very expressive and amazing shot. The model does seem to be expressing helplessness but you can see that within an instant it could be an expression of rage... you get that feeling of one second later you would see a different side to her. Well done! Excellent expression and photographic work.

The deep blue of the eyes is an amazing contrast to the white of the eyes and, especially, to the coal-like look of running makeup. Panic and passion fill every instance of this photograph. The parted lips, the wide eyes, and the hair spider-webbed over the neck enhance the panic of the eyes and cutting off the photo just high enough that one must look closely to tell that her hands are at her throat bring mysteriousness to the model and compassion to the viewer. Kudos!

This is not a fashion or glamour photograph, so I preferred to leave the face as it is. Everyone may have bumps and using flashlights and no makeup, for sure it will be visible. Would you prefer this kind of photo with a perfect, nice, beautiful face?
I have a lot glamour photos, check there and you'll see perfect faces. For this, I prefer to keep it natural
