Her expression is really powerful, like she finally gave up on not asking anyone for help, like she finally gave up on being so independent. I think of a situation where she's crying by herself, someone walks in, and she looks up at them with that expression on her face, a silent plea for help. The runny makeup is a great touch too, it only adds to the emotion in this.
