The wind is howling in your ears like the relentless, labored breaths of some kind of giant beast. The sky overhead is vast, and it never seems to end. Only a windcat could combat such a force- and they will in the Wind Race! Watch from below as these swift-footed cats travel the housetops of the city!

The fourth and final element-based week of the Unity Festival! Once again, the Unity Festival is a time to celebrate cats of every element and power! It is divided into five weeks; the first four are centered around specific elements, while the final week will conclude the festival with prizes and challenges!
To participate in this prompt, you can write or draw your character/s participating in or observing the rooftop wind race! Keep in mind they do not have to be a windcat, but being one will increase your chances of earning extra coins and a prize!
