I really like how you did the background! Do you mind telling me what brushes you used to create the smooth color and the transparency? Itβs be much better if you told me the how too. Of course only if youβve got the time to do so. π

I actually worked on a transparent background, and placed the colors on their own layer. I used one of the pack-in brushes from Krita, it's a sketch brush that's supposed to emulate a rough bit of chalk. Aside from that, I just played around with my pen pressure until it looked right~

Well, the funny thing is-- I'm actually the son of another Mew and a shiny Raichu, so that muddies the waters even further (and might give you an idea of why the other legendaries aren't too happy with me)

I like the coloring on the tops of the paws, although the undersides look a bit strange..

I made them a lighter color than the rest of my fur (similar in style to raichu paws)

Tough I have to say,
be wary of "part-somethings".
They... tend do make things not good.

Yeah, I'm pretty wary of deviating from official design too much, but I'm kinda comfortable with minor things like recoloring a bit of fur here and there to stand out just a little. I'll probably stop here, at least for the foreseeable future.

I think it is less the amount,
