My prediction about the movie: It will look awesome, but it will contain more action scenes shown in slow motion than character development or any deep, meaningful dialog. Cause it's Michael Bay.
That said, I like this. Raph and Leo always had the most dynamic relationship of all the turtles in my opinion, and this shows it perfectly. The rain effect is also done beautifully.

I think you're right. Blow things up first, talk later. I'm not sure about any actual character development like in the 2007 movie, but I'll go and see it regardless. Turtles with continuous explosions should be better than no turtles at all.
