it was really quick and easy do the BG! i just used the brush and the water effect! it's almost the same BG like the last hijikata draw i did ^^

for the color is best than photoshop and in the complex is a lot more intuitive and simple to use, buuuuut for do lines IT SUCK! for me and my "style" i mean -.-
