9 year old Humphrey playing sword fight with his father near the family manor circa 1787. Humphrey's father was veteran of the American Revolution, commanding British forces against the the colonists until the war ended where he would then retire from the military shortly afterwards to help raise and support his family. He was an excellent leader and strategist as well as a great swords fighter.
