One of the key founders of the Vauxminster resistance cell, Gregory had taken up a position of leadership after the mysterious death of the previous leader. Once he had a business empire and caring family until the Unitary regime had taken everything from him once his connections to the resistance had been uncovered. This left him a vengeful and paranoid man with nothing to lose, willing to risk the lives of innocents or his own even if it meant dealing a blow to the regime.
