But what did they assemble for? What are they to do?!
Also, I swear, I love these names. Like, Tupperware, The Human Kite and Toolshed? How cool is that! xD
But yes, evidently you have been watching some South Park

I don't know why they assemble, but they do! They are pretty useless though, still they are just kids, that's why it's so funny. I mean their solution for stopping an invasion of their world is to sell lemon bars! xD A great episode!
Yeah I have been watching a lot of South Park lately, it's kinda weird that I never really checked it out, seeing as it is just up my alley! : ))

Useless?! NO. They are having fun and they are growing up! That's not useless (okay, it is pretty useless to the rest of the world, but it makes great sense to them and in their world that's totally what matters)!
Well, my idea would be to throw cheese at the attackers, so I don't think I could do much better. Maybe they're raising money to afford the most awesome fighting robot in the history of the universe and then squash their enemies completely. Who knows
South Park is great, it's so nonlinear and doesn't give a fuck about norms or what's respectable. Mostly, after having watched an episode, I'm just left with this "watt" feeling, and I'm positive that is exactly what I like about it... This universe that makes little to no sense.
Also, if you like the universe, I can seriously recommend you to buy and play the game "South Park; The stick of truth". If you decide to try it out, I'm almost 100 % you would enjoy the storyline

Trust me the solution they end up with for stopping all this chaos makes even less sense than your somewhat logical assumptions.
South Park is great, the fact that it has run for more than 17 season and still continues to be fresh and hilarious, is a testament of how strong of a show is is and how good the writers Matt and Trey are.
I am aware of the game, some of the guys in my class showed it to me. It's actually what got me so interested in South Park all of a sudden. It looks great, but I would rather watch them play it then do it myself. Not that I think the game is bad, but i'm just not willing to spend money on it, even though it's so awesome. I have already seen all of the story through let's plays/ Friends and I can say that anybody buying the game will not be disappointed, because it certainly delivers. : ))
