Description
I finally decided on making my own Objective Markers for Warhammer 40.000.Although I haven't played a single game, I wanted to make them.
The idea of making little terrain/scenery on a single base enticed me to do it.
Here are some close-up shots of the marker: cronos-stef.deviantart.com/art…
I forgot to take pictures during the process of making them,
so I'll try and explain the main steps here:
The bases that I used are 40mm beveled bases.
I added cork to the base and glued on some sand.
Then I digged into my bits-box and found all kinds of stuff.
Most of the bits used aren't even from Warhammer 40.000.
Mainly I used sprue edges, ballpoint pen parts and other random plastics.
To number them I used regular white 12mm dice.
The dice are glued in place.
I painted the whole thing up with browns and metals.
Finished it all off with some static grass.

Thanks once more!
I wanted to make some marker that were more than just numbers.
This way they will blend with the whole tabletop.
