With the reveal of Shelly in Submerged, I'd thought I'd drop some concept art of her updated look as well as the improved Team Aqua/Church of Kyogre Grunt here. Also, some designs in there of Shelly's one pokemon that she has, Flynn!
(named it because Mr. Krabs is Eugene but Eugene is a lame name, so why not take the Eugene from Tangled's moniker, Flynn as a name? And thats the incredibly stupid choice behind the name XP)
