Swore vengeance against this Satoru Kanzaki for killing him in mid-air using an Iron Monger Suit, Graduated Suma Cum Laude on Hardvard University on aerodynamic, underwent training and service in the Legion, fighting for the Asran kingdom like your father Shin Kazama, but unlike Shin, Neil managed to survive the 5 year contract. After getting back home, studied Iron Man's arc reactor and the implications of clean energy for hie painfully encrusted sub-dermal implants. By convincing his mother, Miss Tsugumo, to buy Quest Aerospace to force Oscorp into giving him a preferential bid for the Human-Enhancer serum (Green Goblin formula)so he could reformulate it into something less…. unstable while were working on acquiring Pym particle tech to make his chest area a storage unit for the weapons of half an army, making a less bulky Iron Man Aerial Light infantry suit (kinda like Falcon or The Vulture). Acquired Xgard technology, for the Finishing touches. He fought alongside the Avengers in S.Bison last Stand on the New Valkyrie. Years after that, he provided Dorai Buchanan Rogers with a Nanotechnology-based Winter Soldier arm that could recreate Captain America's Shield. But before that, Tony offered to hunt the ones responsible for his father’s death by destroying the stolen Iron Man scattered technology. Morgan offered him the same deal.

Ironman faced Thanos and his Satsui No Hadou Gauntlet when he returned to the earth in order to conquer it an destroying everyone else that were able to use the Satsui no Hadou. with S.I.N. Tanden-Engine knowledge embedded into his Iron Man arc reactor. Tony defeated Thanos, at cost of his life. They both died on a very big energy explosion. Morgan inherited Stark Company and began to work in destroying every piece of the Stark technology, in order to preserve the good things of Tony stark to posterity. But most of the Iron Man suits were taken by Leviathan and AIMBrella. Now she has formed an uneasy alliance with Impulse Kamen (sworn enemy of Tony Stark's legacy) to try to destroy the Iron Man stolen technology. Unlike Tony Stark, she uses a Tanden Engine with her own chi instead of an Arc reactor.
