In Battleworld Fanfiction, Steve Rogers became a congressman of United States Under Heaven (Amalgamation of United States, Japan, China and Korea). Unlike other members of the chamber, being an independent elected candidate, Congressman Rogers support policies that benefit the people of the States and the neighboring countries in Battleworld. He was against the Superhuman Registration Act and the Mutant Registration Act since the threat posed by Despicable Gwenpool and Thanoseid was too big for being divided over petty squabbles.

Despite not having his shield anymore, Steve protects the country as the voice of reason.
