Peni Parker- SP//Dr or Ultimate Iron Spider.
A dutiful girl that dragged by the Convergence from another New York in the year 3145 and being imprisoned in an AIMBrella facility for years. She was bitten by a radioactive spider, hence Having developed a Psychic link with said spider that helps her control her father's robot. After being rescued from AIMBrella by Captain America, she decided to join S.H.I.E.L.D. hero program. After Torunn destroyed her robot during a "Get Help!!" gig, she got help rebuilding it by someone interested in her. Luis Miyabi. Son of Mary Miyabi and Luis Sr. (from Ant Man) But M.J. gave Peni her 17:A.

Jin Saotome- New Falcon.
Son of the pilot Ken Saotome, he's a dutiful hero that decided to clear his family's name by being a hero. He was almost killed by Bison, but Shadow Man and Shadow Lady restored him with Shadaloo implants. He was Luis Miyabi superior officer during his time with the New Black Widow's Secret Warriors. Jin and Luis felt sad when Sam Wilson died along with other heroes fighting Kang. Jin took Falcon's suit and Redwing and attached it to his techno-organic body. He became instructor on S.H.I.E.L.D.

Luis Miyabi- Night Monkey.
Son of the pilot Mary Miyabi and the C.E.O. of EXCON Luis. Sr. (From Ant Man) Born a mutant like Forge, being a technopath he managed to harness the Techno-organic Virus to enhance himself and successfully recreated Hank Pym's particle. Leaving the X-men and recreainf the Pym particles caused his forced conscription to S.H.I.E.L.D. at request of Maya Sunee (C.Viper) and Mitchell Carson.
He met Peni Parker while being in opposite teams on a training exercise. Torunn destroyed both of their robot suits with her Get Help gig and they decided share what they knew about each other.
He overhauled the SP//dr suit with his mother's F- 900J KILLER BEE REPTO and Pym technology. He in turn decided to make an exoskeleton based on the 17:A to imitate the Spider Suit and develop an artificial techno-psychic link with both Peni and the spider, so he wouldn't depend of the Techno-organic Virus all the time, since it was very painful to keep using it and cure himself right after. He joined the Hero program to show that Latinos are not to be considered a 2nd class citizens.
