Recently a friend of mine, Saint-Zaby has been giving me basic art tips to help me in my quest to learn how to draw. Beyond single point perspective she's also taught me about the importance of line thickness and where Hidden, Corner, and Edge/Texture lines go on the various shapes. It's simple stuff but it's been a HUGE help to me! My lines are kind of chunky, but I'm starting out so it's fine.Related content

Thanks, I've switched over to practicing figure drawing and anatomy using a bunch of tutorials online. I've done most of my work on my sketchpad and I don't have a scanner at the moment. I'll try to do some exercises on my tablet to show what I've learned.
