More stuff related to this comic , went and decided to update Grapplequils to better fit the setting/develop them a little more. Below is some more flavor text!

Grapplequil are semi-aquatic relatives to us Leponans, though just as capable of intelligence and critical thinking as we are most of them tend to prefer living in large packs around swamps and marshes and would sooner eat a friendly face than speak to them. Not to say that all of them are violent, however their toxins and sharp spines make it very hard for them to live outside their home among those who are not immune. Still, there are rumors of the rare few Grapplequil who either live in or commute to larger cities for work or socialization outside of the swamps, but I myself have yet to meet one of their kind that didn't try to kill me on sight...
But speaking of their prowess in killing, they're absolute carnivores, though will also hunt for fish in the water as well as prey on land, and they also seem to have great knowledge of the plants within their swamps and make use of them as medicines. Some say they've even learned ways to stave off illnesses that have left some Leponan villages devastated in the past! Perhaps I can find a way of some kind, to speak with and reason with them to share these medicinal secrets?
