This is terrific! I can really see this happening. Which leads to a question. I'm currently working on a story about Kurt after Logan's death. Would it be all right if I wrote a scene based on this artwork? It would fit perfectly with how Kurt feels at the beginning.
The rest of the story has Deadpool showing up to offer his condolences to Kurt. Things get kind of crazy after that, but it does lead to a happy ending of sorts.
This may well be my last Logurt story, since I've gotten involved in writing my own original fiction and offering it in the form of ebooks, so that takes up most of my time these days.
I have 3 ebooks in my gay male erotica series and am working on the 4th, plus a new series just getting started that's more hardcore and omnisexual.

First off, I must say you do the best Logurt art I've seen, platonic or otherwise, its always so beautiful. This is no different and I can't believe I didn't comment yesterday when I first saw it.
The emotion in this is just so powerful I nearly started crying for Kurt's loss. I really hope that the comics have something like this strip in it simply because of how close they became over the years. They honestly have the best and perhaps most dynamic relationship I can remember ever being in the X-men comics with how much they need each other. I'll be disappointed if they skip out on Kurt's grief or don't deliver it as powerfully as you have.
Just hope they don't keep Logan dead dead or Marvel will have a riot on their hands.

Thank you so much for the kind words!! I'm such a fan of the dynamic between them, be it as friends or lovers or anything else. It just adds so much to the two characters, especially when (depending on the writer) they might otherwise end up very one dimensional.
And I really hope for the same thing. Kurt just got back, that he's loosing his best friend so Soon is just going to tear him apart. Especially since Logan went to hell itself to get him back, and poor Kurt's not going to be able to do a damn thing for Logan.

Oh damn... You could feel the emotion and angst just from this. I am now dreading the month September cause out there somewhere someone is likely to write fanfics or draw Logan dying and Kurt grieving/mourning/losing it. *sobs*
I really love this even though it breaks my heart cause of how intense and perfect this moment is of Kurt losing Logan.
