Just a WIP that will forever remain as that. I was trying to get back into computer colouring (which I've neglected for a year now) while also trying out some colours for an OC of sorts. His name is Kurtis. His personality and head design belong to my friends Katie and Meagan, and the outfit design is mine =B And the picture, of course. ALSO I wanted to test the crap out of the effects on Photoshop. AND THIS IS WHAT RESULTED
