This is my new OC Kira. Okay, not really new, I think she's my oldest OC, but I changed her so much through the years. Originally she was my Danny Phantom OC. I loved this show, when I was a kid

Here's short bio:
She is genetically modified human (or for short a mutant), who was created by some insane scientists, whose goal was to create some super-humans. Only five from 50 persons survived the experiments.
Normally she hides her tail and yes there a feathers at her tail. I just like feathers^^ She can create crystals, which she use often as projectile or as a shield. Her personallity is not really nice, she is arrogant, cruel, hates almost every human, don't care that other say and she has a big problem with authority. She can be really sadistic and has already killed several people, because they wanted to shoot her. She hates to be criticism, because she thinks she has alway right.
