Another concept-type drawing for my Zelda fanfiction/doujinshi Project Nayru.

The Phantom Police are similar to the demons of Phantom Hourglass- they're big, mean,atomatonacal and nearly undefeatable. Link, at this point in the story, usually runs away from them, but eventually he'll find ways to fight them.

The Phantom Police are part of the Empire's plan for ultimate law enforcement- and, more secretly, prevention of rebellion. They are the weapons the Empire used to initiate a mass halocaust of the long-eared Hylian people to prevent the birth of a hero that would bring them down.

But, thanks to fate, they missed one.

Link, however, always has to run away from these things, because they won't hesitate to kill him the moment they find him- most likely by electrocution, which the Empire claims is "humane".

This design of the robot is different from the original, not only because my stuff is always evolving, but also because I didn't have he original with me at the time of the drawing. XD
