The snow was rolling in deep and thick as Luke took Ava up the side of the mountain. When the man had signed himself up and chosen his horses he made a decision to have the cremello mare for the second phase. He knew she would find it easy from the time she had lived out on these very mountains during the Obertaurer Alpine Graduation.

As the pair made their way through the mountain the man felt Ava's foot slide out as they came over a ridge. He was given no choice as the mare pulled the reins loose in his hands and threw herself down the side. All he could do was hold on and shoot out a prayer to whatever god was listening that the two of them were going to safely make it down to the otherside.

He knew he had to have faith in her as the mare made it to the bottom, taking the pair safely along through the trees, enjoying herself as the snow fell thicker.
