Hey so I happen to love those lil make-a-cat thingies and while I suck at programming, I have some experience putting multitudes of layers together in art programs until there's a sort-of creator!
So- voila! Pay 50 points to download and use to your heart's content!

DISCLAIMER: I AM IN NO WAY A TRAINED EXPERT ON THIS SUBJECT. I AM SELF-TAUGHT. THERE MAY BE PLACES WHERE MY INFORMATION IS NOT ACCURATE! IF YOU THINK SOMETHING IS WRONG, PLEASE TELL ME.

BEWARE: IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN ART PROGRAM THAT SUPPORTS THE FOLLOWING, THIS WILL NOT WORK!
-Layers (preferably layer groups, i don't know what it'll do if it doesn't support groups but you can try and if it doesn't work ill refund you)
-Blending modes (Specifically, screen. Again, if you don't know and you end up buying it and it doesn't work, I'll refund you)
-Support for almost 50 layers

I've only tested this on two programs: Procreate for iPad (where it was made) and Krita. Krita is free and can be downloaded here.

If anything at all malfunctions or isn't working right, tell me in the comments right away! If I can't fix it you'll get your points back.

Rules:

Don't take credit for the artwork.
You can change the design and add things but, again, credit me for art please!

No adoptables please! It really doesn't give that much room to make unique adopts anyways haha- but if you make a cat you like and you want to tweak it and put it up for adoption, I'll let it go
Do not make profit, points or money, directly off of the designs!

Other services:
If you can't use it because you don't have the programs or don't want to, I can work with you to design the cat myself, to your liking! After that the character will be all yours. 15 points per cat.

I can check your design and let you know if it is, to my knowledge, genetically accurate, and if it isn't, tell you what you can change. 5 points per cat.

Tutorial:

Lines: NO TOUCHY!!!!

Dominant White: ONLY use the eye color associated with the pelt! (Red-eyed albinos are even rarer than blue-eyed albinos.)

Colorpoint: ONLY use the eye color that is associated with the point! Only Siamese blue for Siamese point, etc.!

Eyes: I can't guarantee that the eye color you choose will be genetically accurate... there's only so much I can do to limit your choices haha
What I CAN tell you is that the blue eye color can only be accurate on a cat whose whitespotting covers their eyes. If that is the case with your cat, you can choose any color eyes in this section.

Whitespotting: Only choose one, for your sanity.

Tabby: Again, choose one. Consequences of choosing more than one are more dire. If your cat is red, you MUST have tabby on. There is no such thing as a solid red cat! They are special kitties

Dilute: Caramel dilute is rarer than normal dilute. If you want your cat to be caramelized, choose that AND normal dilute.

Tortoiseshell: Female cats only. If the cat is tabby AND tortoiseshell, make sure the two types of stripes are the same. Ticked tortie + ticked tabby = . Mackerel tortie + Classic tabby = . If the cat's second color is solid, just pick whichever type of red tortie you want. There's no solid red because, again, solid red cats don't exist.

Melanin: Fancy word for color. Pick one- pretty simple. If it's red, it must have tabby or it can't be genetically accurate

Extras: Don't look in here it's just the janitor's closet and if you screw it up he'll get mad at me
