This is an illustrated quote for a book me and my class at college are compiling. Everyone has to choose a quote and illustrate it accordingly. My chosen quote was;"God loved the birds and invented trees. Man loved the birds and invented cages." - Jacques Deval

I see the cage as an individuals walls and fears that are intended to protect himself, but it is actually a prison. The black and white dull life they live is based on conforming or following the crowd. The other birds are all unique and different. They value their individuality and are not afraid to stand out or be odd... FREEDOM! So MUCH MORE could be said, but I'll spare you, LOL!
