It's not addressed in Warcraft, but I get the feeling that most dragons are incredibly racist; feeling superior to the other "lesser" species on Azeroth and even other dragons of various colors.

Considering how much he thinks about breasts, you'd think Cru would remember Sapphira.
I mean, she's no Lora, but at the very least he should recognize her chest after the night they had.

With the the trauma of realizing that he had sex with a dragon in disguise, and taking the fact that he forgot at some point who Lora is and had to be reminded of her as 'the pair of breasts' into account, it's not that far-fetched to guess his delicate and fragile mind went into shutdown mode as a self-defense mechanism and blocked the whole event at Mazthoril from his memory - all that and Lora's rack probably, and quite literally, overshadows every other pair of bossoms on his mind.
