Typically MvM game...So I decided to play Mann vs Machine Ok so nobody on my team wanted to be a engineer, so I felt brave and decided to give it a try. I have no exprience at all as a engineer (now a better time then ever right). Needless to say I won't be doing that anytime soon again.
God I hate those Sentry Busters! they come out of nowhere!

Engie has one of the most difficult times in mvm. If it isn't a sentry buster it's a spy or another sentry bust.

As an engie I deal with it all the time! And it's my life in a nutshell

I hate em too, not much of an engie myself but I found a way to beat em, let them walk up to your sentry, and when they start to detonate grab the sentry and run, replacing it after the explosion

The trick is to keep on your feet and pull it out of the Sentry Buster's way before it blows up. Preferably, lead it away from any nearby Dispensers or Teleporters, and let it start to explode, and as it does that, run out the way. All while still carrying your Sentry. You've got to be quick on your feet and wise to stay out of the line of fire from the other robots. Just do that and your Engineering career will go much smoother. Regardless, more Sentry Busters will appear, so rinse and repeat.Β
It also helps to have experience playing as the Engineer, which of course can be done in Offline mode, aka Training.Β

Lol I know haha XD my best friend is usually engineer just other people pressure'd me into playing him because we already had two Pyros. So I tried it...yeah didnt go so great. I was more mad about the other pyro (they didn't know how to air blast!)

Every time I play as Pyro and I'm able to save and Engineer from a Sentry Buster I feel like a hero

Every 15 Sentry kills = One Sentry Buster. Keep an eye on your kill count.
