Description
This hot spring was beautiful and calm. The other ones had a lot of steam rising off of them so you could not get a really good look at the center of it. Other than some ripples in the water from the wind it was a perfect time for pictures I think.Picture taken at Yellowstone National Park 6/2011

Yes, it was a great trip, I am glad that we took time out of the way to go there (we were on our way from Dallas, TX to Vancouver). I was surprised at how many different things you can see there. Hopefully I will get to go again sometime in the future when we are not as rushed.

That sounds awesome. I hope that you get back there soon. We saw a lot in the short time we were there. I couldn't believe how big that park is ... and all the snow in June

The lake was still frozen (not many of those pics came out very well due to camera issues. And it wasn't snowing, but the snow from winter that had packed and frozen was still there and at places it was still a few feet high in the shade. It still got pretty cold at night too. I don't remember the exact dates though sorry. Probably second week in June 2011.
