An Excision Fan based wallpaper i had made.Photoshop and Cinema 4D
it all looks abit dodgey and rough, but hopefully over time i will fix that.. not sure if i like the picture myself? :\
Update - Changed alot of things around and looks much better, rather impressed now..

those are just optical flares, find them on google or deviantart, when you set them on 'screen' whilst in photoshop, it should do it well for you.
