DONE SO QUICK THE FLASH MIGHTA DONE IT.This page took me a bit to get to it because...I am lazy. And I didn't want to draw big car pile up scene. *laughs* It's the scene where I got to it and I'm like "...why did I write this into the script? WHY!?"
But there you go.
But yes, extremely quick with the drawing and the toning. And it's prolly going to stay that extremely quick if I know what's good for me.

Hmm...
I'm having a difficult time trying to think of a reason why Marina would be excited to see a horrible, gruesome series of car accidents, or where she would have ever heard the term "Valley of Death", or get the idea that good things invariably occur on the opposite ends of said valleys.
I like the idea that they'd go through this unpleasant spot in order to progress the story you've got going. I just don't think Marina would be the most enthusiastic to cross the Valley of Death.
But, I guess after "Steve Martin!", it's deserved. -.-;

Well, I was just drawing from my own childhood experiences playing games--Valley of death was just an "ominous" name that we would pick out while playing that really had no particular meaning other than to be ominous, but all the same it was always an "obstacle" to get to the other end of the kingdom. But this was me as a little girl when I played Princess, I'm not sure if that's really how Marina would connect, buuut I had to put it in there somewhere.
All the same, I consider this a small part of the story anyway--they don't go in there because of Marina, it's actually because of Ned, but I needed a way to segueway smoothly into it, and this what came up when scripting. So I apologize for lapse in character.

I guess that's alright. Just threw me for a loop, is all. For the same reason why it would raise an eyebrow if Ned suddenly transformed into a saucy latina.

The Naked Adventures of Charlie(while hilarious), would probably not garner as many fans as Ned's pinup. I've seen a lot of homeless people in my time, not a one that looked like they could afford a gym membership like that.
The real thing to worry about is Ned becoming TOO popular. Then it's only a matter of time until the slash/furry fan fiction pours in.

And yeah, as a once-resident of the Philippines, I've seen a lot of homeless people too. Ned's ripped physique started off as a joke, of course, and then I thought it'd be something fun to incorporate XD Sort of like when Master Roshi goes buff for the first time.
...and Please don't say that. ;o; That's the scariest thought in the world. The people who like him already are pretty weird as it is, I don't think we need to add another level of the wtf to that.
