Well, here's the thing chico. The fact that JBs knees were hurting was actually sort of dramatically important. She's weak, they're weak, they're going up against something that at the moment, thanks to that weakness, could kill them. Making jokes about it, reference or not, sort of undermines that.
So I'm glad you feel guilty.
But don't beat yourself up over it.

I'm sorry if it came out as insulting. I wasn't thinking. I really love your and I don't want to disrespect you. I guess when I read that the first thing that came to mind was something else entirely and not really fitting of the situation. But I do agree with it does improve the tension and I'm really hoping it doesn't end up getting her killed. It's strange that I haven't read the other competitors comics, but you've really got me liking their characters almost as much as Ned. Strange really. Most people don't have that level of balance with OC's.

I wasn't making fun of the problem, it's just something about the way she said it made me laugh. I guess it's just when you have an injury that'll potentially kill you in an zombie apocalypse, I always imagine a lot more cussing. But I guess I'm just way over thinking it.

Well, I actually deliberately chose NOT to have her cuss in that single confession. Weakness and innocence in a simple statement of fact, my friend. It means a bit more, especially with JB, who cusses all the fucking time.
