So is it a mutation or a creation? Is it like... the human body knows what it needs which is why we all have odd cravings sometimes. Whatever we crave has a nutrient or something that our body needs. Perhaps the same instinct is still within the zombies and they have instinctfully bonded somehow like a symbiotic situation...

Silly Pierre! It doesn't matter where or how hard you hit him...Undead have no constitution score, so are immune to critical hits and sneak attacks! It's a common mistake for low level Player Characters, but we learn a new thing each game!
