Awesome!
Really like the mood in this
The scratchy weathered-ness is great.

indeed, I attempt to use all sorts of paint application techniques in a painting depending on the requirements of each individual stroke. I don't tend to think of it as different 'techniques' but I guess that's what it is.

I love the simplicity of the painting! The yellow does give it an excellent contrast!!! (And the dismantled phone <3) I love your subjects, the way you choose them, very creative and original!

You're back! I love the old look, like it was something abandoned you would find on the side of an old building. Excellent color choice.

it was exactly that I took the reference photo at an old pool at a long abandoned psychiatric hospital. Thank you !

It's always good to take some artistic liberties.

Öh ho, looks good, but I hasn't expect a traditional work from you, especially oil (it's so..stinky, but nice to paint with)
Well done

yes very stinky! I have to have my windows open today, in the middle of winter because of smell!
This isn't the first traditional work I've posted
Thanks!

I've noticed it yes^^
Then you can paint with Acryl for example, it's almost the same, but without the smell. I don't know why, but I prefer oil anyway.

yeah I prefer oils for their different look and the feel of painting with them. though I really should give acrylic a proper try

it's exactly that feeling while painting which I miss in acryl or aquarell.
Have fun!
