Gotta work with what I got. I mainly use these for reference but I just make the guy fat and the girl smaller.

There's other post apps but they only let you do one at a time

I use MakeHuman to make models which I then import into Blender to make scenes. This is a more complex workflow, but much more versatile, you can do anything with that.

Then it will be hard. Mobile rendering software is many years away, and those that do exist almost never get updated.
