Man, icon is good, but edges too sharp, you need to add black background shadow with about 90% of transparency and smooth edges. Also mono colours of icon as well as 16 colors and 8 bit icons with size above 48x48 not supported by any windows that would need such an icon, so you just wasting space and ram by adding so many unnecessary sub-formats.
I fixed your icon for myself, removed extra formats and added shadow to smooth edges. But please keep this note in mind next time ))
