Regarding the Ex-Aid x RWBY story, I will probably not continue with it for now as I have already other commitments and making a comic with a decent storyline and drawing it out and making the comic look good is quite a big task for me.

I'll tell you the plan I had:
I really like RWBY and Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and to have the two crossover makes for an interesting story, one where the story narrative focuses on the fragility of life and the toll of carrying such a heavy burden of saving and protecting everyone. And I planned it to be set around the time before RWBY Vol 4 but after Vol 3, it makes it a good fit for a crossover.

I would've loved to continue on this, but as of now. I can't. I'm sorry if you were hoping alot out of it.
