Theres a lovely sense of motion in this drawing, she looks like she was int he middle of dancing and all of the sudden realised she was being watched. Most of all I like the hands though(pardon my fettish), they are very feminine and delicate.

If any word at all it's SAFTIG but that means Juicy ^^ I think the world you're looking for is "Γppig" which means lush, ~voluptrous~
You could also use "geil", which is...like, super horny? 
But not "zaftig" D: Sorry but I just had tell you about that.
I mean, I should know, since german is my mother tongue.
