Celestia is Cadance's adoptive aunt, and Cadance is married to Twilight's older brother, Shining Armor. Therefore, Celestia is Twilight's aunt.

Not really. Incest is between close- or blood-related family members. Like siblings, parents and cousins. Cadence married Shining, which makes her Twilight's sister-in-law, and then Cadence is also Celestia's adoptive niece. So not only are none of them related by blood, but that makes Celestia Twilight's sister-in-law's adoptive aunt. That's plenty of distance.

I don't do requests Grossboy, but if you want to make a full body image you don't need much more. Her dress continues to right above her ankles and is slightly frilly at the end like Twilight's. And she wears gold shoes (same color as her necklace).

Not every single aspect of life in Equestria is reflected in the human world. For example, in Equestria the Mane 6 are all young adults at the very least, as they all have houses and jobs. Heck, Rainbow Dash's a Wonderbolt in Equestria, but in the human world, she's still a student. Also, Discord's not around, Cadence and Shining aren't married (yet), Twilight was a CP student, even though she's Celestia's student in the pony world, stuff like that. Also, I'm pretty sure Sunset screwed up whatever perfect synchronisation between the two worlds there was by traveling there in the first place.
