ok, so it a ptshop replica, it cant be no trouble.

take the selection tool, the one that you can basicly trace the are u want to paint, and paint the shaded area with a darker color than the base color ure using.
practice with it and try to play with shadows by puting an imaginary light bulb on a corner of a drawing so youl get where the light is gonna be.
