We made him choose a side without telling him anything about it. He choose freedom fighters, but when he found out who his leader was... XD so yeah, that's why his character is trying to get rid of Levi

The Dictatorship took over to keep something while the Freedom fighters want to get rid of it, so they're constantly fighting
