Description
Love is real, real is love,Love is feeling, feeling love,
Love is wanting to be loved.
Love is touch, touch is love,
Love is reaching, reaching love,
Love is asking to be loved.
Love is you,
You and me,
Love is knowing,
We can be.
Love is free, free is love,
Love is living, living love,
Love is needing to be loved.
John Lennon - Love

O my God.
You may believe it or not, but the concept of this art has been chasing me for many, many years! I first got the idea of a girl sitting within the heart-shaped tree when I was a little girl. I remember that day very clearly: I was walking in the woods near my grandmother's house in the countryside. And then I saw the tree that was heart-shaped. Just like that one on the art. This view turned up my imagination; I promised myself, that when I'll grow up, I'll show this tree to my Beloved One, and we'll build a house next to this tree, so it could stay as the statue of our feelings (I know, too much romantic! But I was a little girl, with too much developed imagination xD). Now these plans can't be made true, because this tree is gone.
But my memories stayed with me. And dreams too.
You may say, that's a piece of shit. Well, critique welcome. On the technical side it has many fauts. But it is a true reflection of my dreams...

The tree of mended hearts. He had heard of the tree and had seen it many, many times.
He knew the legend behind it, that to sit within the hollow of that heart shaped tree, is to guarantee that true love
will soon find you.
He didn't believe it, he did once, but not anymore.
He stared at the backside of that writhing and withered oak a mixture of sorrow and bitter frustration in his aching heart.
He'd sat in that tree. Many, many times.
For the last fifteen years in fact.
But no mater how hard he tried, no matter where he turned, love never came his way...
...and now he knew that it never would.
He was just about to leave when he heard something that caught his attention.
It was faint sound and just barely freed itself of the whistle of the biter winter wind.
Someone was crying. Sobbing. Slowly...tentatively he followed that sound.
Followed it right around to the other side of the tree.
There, sitting in the cavity of the mending tree, curled into a ball was a woman. She had a long mane of bright red hair with was pulled back into a pony tail, she wore a dark shoulder-less dress, and was string down at her knees when he approached.
"Why..." she sobbed aloud as she folded her hand over her knees. "Why does it work for everyone else....but never, never for me!"
He wanted to speak, he understood her. Understood how much it burned. The loneliness. The pain. He wanted to speak, wanted to say something. Something to help her...
...but he couldn't. A solid lump had formed deep in his throat and he could form a single sound save for an awkward sort of squeak that escaped from his lips...

Prawdopodobnie wyszło by zdecydowanie gorzej. Korzenie - wiem, tragedia Ale już nie bardzo wiedziałam co dalej z nimi zrobić.
Dziękuję
