First off I love the colors. They are very vibrant and contrast of each other well. The blues, oranges, mix in with a little grey works well. They are very warm colors.

The detail in her hair is very good. There is a lot of detail you put into it. I like the different toned and the individual strands came out really nice.

You had an awesome concept and you ran away with it. I love it.  I am huge humanism art fan and this is kind of reverse humanism art. The composition is spot on. It is cropped right and follows the rule of thirds.

My only problem with this piece is that I think it may need some more shadows or darker tones. The mouth looks a little flat. I feel her eyes are a bit tilted as opposed to being a little more flatter

You didn’t need to paint scales because the way it is now it blends better into her hair and if you added scales it wouldn’t blend as well I think.

ok, as i found your work in critique me folder...so i'm going to give a little critique to help u improve more
First of all, i would say that your coloring is really gud!Those hairs are amazing ^^ And that goldfish looks really awesome!!
I think u were lazy while doing background (n yup i'm also lyk that too) A beautiful bg would have lift the pic!~
Her face is looking good proportion wise,,,but i dunno her eyes looks kind of awkward and it also seems that you have hurried while doing the lips.
And oh the way the goldfish is attach to her hair is very beautiful and creative for me ^^
A simple tip is that have patience...n will definatly going to make awesome pieces!! good luck!! ^^

Because your art is in Critique folder, then I have to make a critique of your artwork:

What catch me attention are the hair and the goldfish. Her hair is very realistic and the flow of it is perfect. The goldfish look gorgeous to watch and I can see that you connect the fin with her hair make it "split end". Good jobs!!

Now, I will moving on to the background. The background blend smoothly except on the top left corner, there are some shading that isn't look like it finished. is it that your intention to create a cloud?

The face is look like it's in proportion but the lip look little slightly awkward.
 and other than that, this artwork look great to me!!!

Wow,this is so pretty! I love the colors and the liTitle fishie and everything. I wish my split ends did that, if they were an animal they would turn into nappy haired sloths

Honestly, this is gorgeous! It's so imaginative, and her hair does look great. The fish in particular is excellent - it looks really lifelike!
