I'm in favor of the linework for sure. Β You have a lot of varying line thickness and it gives it kind of a comic-style feel. Β I'm not familiar with the character and if that is a mask? Β The size/proportion of the mask (if this is what it is) seems like maybe it's too small if it was going to fit back onto his face. Β But that's just be making a very small observation, like I said I'm not really familiar. Β Also, you have the lines on his face to create a shading affect, but you don't carry that out throughout other parts. Β Maybe try incorporating that a little bit into the mask, his hand, and neck

Good framing! I like that the picture is focused solely on Kakashi's face. The mask looks great - I've yet to get to this arc... How is it?

Looks good! Not sure if you referenced from something or not, so consider that a compliment in that you got the style down xD It's a nicely dramatic zoom in too.
My suggestion would be, the hand looks a bit small, as well as taking away from the focus of the picture a bit. Since we're looking up at his face, maybe try using the hand from that perspective also. It's actually pretty correct technically, but it will look a bit more 'graceful' if the fingers were curved in the same direction, and toward the face (bit hard to describe this without seeing it : p ) The blue inside of the lineart on the mask also doesn't look totally intentional, since the white is clearly where the light is shining on it, the blue looks like it wasn't filled in completely.
The shape of the face, the eye, etc. all look good, keep it up ^^ It's fairly simple, since it's such a close zoom maybe try experimenting with doing smaller and finer details too, like in the hair.

No I didn't reference it at all. I was worried about the size of the hand but for some reason I cannot scale body parts well. I have noticed this from past pieces. Also, I'm glad you commented on the perspective! I had no clue I was so off! I kind of get where you are going with Β it regarding the fingers although I'm not 100% certain. I will take your suggestion and try to experiment with smaller details!
