My first ever tutorial, spotlighting a tag I made using the borderz technique. Many people have asked for a tutorial, so here it is!This is the tag I posted a while ago that the tutorial is based off of: cryogfx.deviantart.com/art/Clo…

Many of the resources I used in creating this tag were created by myself. To my knowledge all the rest of the resources came from Sig-Labs resource packs, credit goes to their original owners!
