Backstory
Not much is known of Atlar’s past outside of what he is willing to share himself.
By his own admission, he was born and raised in Toresoh where from a young age displayed magical prowess unseen for generations. Specifically: the ability to conjure elementals.
He was trained by the brightest minds of the Vogon Empire and encouraged to bring his abilities to new heights. However, at some point he decided to forgo the morality of his peers, causing his permanent exile.
Many decades have passed since that day, and Atlar now spends his days in the Old Kingdom, deep within the wall of mountains separating The Northlands from the rest of the continent.

Personality
While a spitfire in his youth, old age has seen Atlar turn melancholy; ruminating on past mistakes and how he would change the events which led to his exile if given the chance.
He is, however, still quick to the draw and never without a retort, especially if he feels he has something to offer on the subject.

Gender and Sexuality
Cisgender Male. (He/Him)
Aromantic Asexual.

Character Design
Overview
Primarily silver and white, with dark markings on his face that faintly resemble a skull. His scales are weathered from age, with many plates having obvious chips and scuffs.

Height
Roughly 10 feet at the shoulder. Particularly large, even for dragon standards.

Second generation Atilgon (Nightfrost Dragon).

Shapeshifting
Like most dragons, Atlar has the capability to change his shape. Interestingly, unlike most dragons which take a more humanoid form, Atlar has decided to use the form of a lykous.

Magic
Frost Breath
The staple ability for Vogon, Atlar has the capacity to breathe ice. Because of his Ilgon heritage, his ice is dark blue rather than the paler colors more commonly associated with his species.

Conjuration
Atlar can conjure elemental crystals from thin air, creating subservient entities that follow his every whim.
His preferred method is to use the bones of the deceased to augment his elemental’s strength, the bones providing extra armor and shape to the elemental.

Bilingual
He is fluent in the tongue of the lykous, and occasionally barters with them.
