while naruto is dealing with the girls fighting over him, his older sister naruko is having her own problems. (note that i opened that door to show you whats holding her back which is kind of obvious )looks like naruko didn't notice the little door below the small hole she is trying to get through.

i don't think so. unless it is someone with the strength of the hulk and she wants to loss lots of her flesh (aka her boobs and some of her hips) she isn't getting through that hole.
