Here are his powers/ Crazy Diamond is able to only fly and have diamond-hard skin, but if he is shattered, his logic and the logic of the universe will shatter. This will allow him to break the laws of physics to do whatever he wants.

That's... oddly similiar to what I had in mind. Originally, Crazy Diamond had a complete form, and this is his shattered form.
