Basically only large objects or Celestial-class lifeforms (you know, gods, like Alien X or Arceus from Pokemon). That being said, sometimes he still can do things like that. Like a large balloon filled with air can still be dust, and Chip (or Light Gaia) from Sonic Unleashed can be affected, for example. Also only solid matter can be transformed, no energy, gas or liquids. Also, he's not very strong and can be blown apart by the wind, unless he has enough dust to become dense.Β
