Took a little break from drawing Arthur to spice things up! :-P

I don't think I've posted any drawings of this huge dog before, but I've had him for a while and love him to bits!!
His original design was made by an account that I'm pretty sure was deleted, but I'll update this description and credit them as soon as I find another account of the artist's!

A little info on the character in case you're interested!:

Well-liked and respected in his community, Butch works in a law enforcement-type job, more specifically, he deals with taking criminals into custody and rescuing victims from dangerous situations. Using nothing more than a bat with nails as his trustee weapon, criminals see him as a force to be reckoned with because of his sheer size (He's over 6 ft tall 0.0) and force, having even been forced to kill some criminals in the past, though you'll never hear him talk about it. But to his friends, he's just a huge teddy bear who's always eager to help and show those around him some love and sympathy. Like any good dog, he's unconditionally loyal to those he cares about and loves talking to kids, but his favorite part of the day is going home and reading a good book on astrology.

One of his closest friends is Dixie (the poodle), (Gorgeously designed by Azygous-Yellow and I love her!!!) who's also a space nerd like him and is a talented seamstress and designer! Unlike Butch, she's horrible with kids, but loves making plushies for them, which Butch hands out for her. When they're not talking about space or the latest news, Butch comes to her for girl advice to figure out how to calm his girlfriend's temper, but Dixie honestly doesn't have the patience to sympathize with his girlfriend's "petty drama." It's rumored this is partially because she likes Butch.

His other closest friend is Danielle (the cat), who he's been friends with since their childhood and refuses to give up on even after an incident in the cat's past pretty much reinvented his personality for the worse. He always helps Danielle around in his lab and tries to convince him to go out more often and actually enjoy life, despite knowing Danielle's too much of a workaholic to listen. Even though he looks annoyed 95% of the time he's around him, he genuinely cares about him as sees him as a good friend, though it's unclear if Danielle feels the same way.
