Summary
Nadires are mechanical creatures created with metal and cloth to mimic the abundance of the Aphex's success among humans. They were designed by a rival corporation to be even more intelligent and obedient as an Aphex, including the ability to ignore any emotions of the flesh. Initially, this design was a success but quickly went downhill when Nadires began to learn from humans, and tried to copy their emotional responses.
Nadires were not so lucky when the world fell. Many remained by their long-deceased owners and eventually succumbed when the foundation itself collapsed, or from raider and creatures. Others lay buried under rubble or rusted out in the sun. Only recently many Nadire's cores have been re-powered by a unknown energy, awaking many from their slumber, be it from the rubble or old factories. Aphex and beings alike were very hesitant to these new creatures, but somewhat shared an unspoken understanding of their state.
Nadires are quite curious about their new world and are eager to learn how to feel emotions and sensations now that they do not have a purpose to serve.
These are a closed Species, you can not make one without permission.

You can get them in events, adopts or raffles in the group however they are a little less common than other species.
Myos are usually $15usd + and adopts are a little dearer.

A Familiar Stranger|Aphex Event|OPENHello everyone! Sorry for the lack of events in the group but im trying to kick my butt into gear and adding/planning a lot more for Aphex Empire, but in the meantime, I hope you enjoy this little event! <3 Anyway, onto the fun part : )c

A Familiar Stranger
A figure emerges from the rubble of mankind's defeat. Tall and proud, it walks with a jitter, sparks fly from its joints.
Where did this being come from? Is there more? It resonates a feeling so familiar.
The creature is clean and pure, like it has been preserved for hundreds of years.
Aphex do not know what to make of this strange lifeform. Is it a threat? An alley? What does it remember of human civilization?
On closer inspection it has no face, a mask covers its expression, accompanied by a glowing symbol. A cloth-like material covers its head and arms.
