Tony giggled as he hopped around Lee's feet, watching the adult dig through his drawers for something. To keep him warm if he remembered correctly? He was just so excited! Lee told him he could explore outside on his own now, how cool is that!
"T-Tony if you keep hopping around like that you might make me fall.." Lee chuckled, looking down a the wyngling who paused at his side. "Why don't you wait in the living room?" Tony nodded, hopping to the door.
"Okie-dokie, pah!!" Tony called out, stopping in front of the couch and looking around the room. He spotted his sister under the table, her eyes shut in what seemed like.... hmm, grumpiness? She is grumpy to him a lot..
"Emb!! Embth!" He hopped over to her, leaning close to see if she'd open her eyes in response. Nope. "I'm gon go out today!! It'th cool ithn't it??" Her ears twitched slightly at his weird slurring of the 's' but only turned her head away from his. Well at least he told her! She probably needs to nap anyways... Tony leaned closer, lowering his voice to a whisper. "Kay-kay, nap good Emb.."
He perked his ears at the sound of his dad stepping into the living room, running to him and eyeing the light yellow cloth in his paws. "What that?" He questioned, Lee kneeling down and setting the cloth comfortably around Tony's neck. "It's a scarf."
"Okay Tony, you can go outside but you have to stay near the house okay? It's safer, and I can keep an eye on you." Lee patted the scarf, smiling at Tony nodding eagerly. "Yepper!! Thankth pa!"
"Alright, go on now." Lee got up, going over and opening the front door for Tony as he ran outside.
"Whooaa...." Tony ran to the side of the house, the small dirt path fading into the grass. He sniffed at the grass warily before stepping into it, admiring the small golden and orange flowers seemingly leading into the forest. "Pretty.."
He walked closer to the trees and bushes, the ends of his scarf trailing on the ground. Even the bushes had flowers! They were the same color as the ones on the grass, which seemed a little weird... Maybe they meant something! Tony smiled up at the tall trees, giggling at the thought of him one day growing to half of their height. The forest sure was pretty... Maybe one day, if he got wings like his pa, he'd fly over the trees...
