Hello!  I just want to say that I hardly know anything about Teen Wolf, so I'm going to focus entirely on the art.  
I love the color scheme here!  Black and white with red accents is always a win.  
I see you have already heard about the ear, so I won't go into too much there... it's hard to notice unless you're looking for it, so don't feel bad or compelled to change it drastically.  It just needs to be tilted forward a bit, and perhaps make the shading smoother.
Nice shading on the face!  My only point is his cheek... the darker areas should be enlarged (not the one under his eye, all the others).  Also, darkening them wouldn't hurt.  *if you want a bonus on his face, add a spot of shine to his lips.   
The hand could be a bit darker and more defined.  Show all those bones and tendons, if you can.  I can see some effort there already, so just clean it up and you'll be good!  
All of the hair details are very defined.  Well done!

I’m a Teen Wolf fan, so this piece brings me a lot of emotions.

First of all, I like the color scheme. Monochrome with additional red always works great in such intense scenes. It has a good composition, black hair and T-Shirt are well balanced.

You painted his face great, especially eyebrow and nose, but maybe there should be a bit stronger shadow on the hand to emphasize the face more. The ear needs more attention, too, because it is close to the main point of the picture (the veins).
